When Larry H. and Gail Miller returned to Utah in 1979 from Colorado to purchase a small Toyota dealership in Murray, they had no idea of the long-reaching impact that first real estate and business transaction would have on their family and the state of Utah. Since that historic moment, they have been recognized for their valuable contributions to the real estate market and the communities where they do business.

Larry H. Miller Real Estate is invested in a variety of ventures, including residential and commercial development, land acquisition and investment, mixed-use planning and development, asset/property management and, through the acquisition of Destination Homes, residential construction. In 2021, when LHM Real Estate purchased the remaining undeveloped land in Daybreak, Utah’s best-selling master-planned community in South Jordan, it also acquired the award-winning team who created Daybreak. And now the team is embarking on a mixed-use urban center, which is positioned not only to create a prime location and a thriving environment for businesses large and small, but to help the entire Salt Lake Valley grow in a smarter, healthier way.
