The Utah Chapter of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) honored Gail Miller, and her late husband, Larry H. with the CCIM Hall of Fame Award. Each year, CCIM honors professionals within Utah’s commercial real estate industry who exemplify the highest degree of business excellence. The pinnacle award at the CCIM annual awards event is the Hall of Fame Award, which highlights an institution or individual that has had a dramatic and valuable impact on the Utah commercial real estate market and economy.
Some of the highlighted constructions projects and community improvements highlighted by CCIM included the construction of the Delta Center (Vivint Arena), the innovative design behind Megaplex Theatres, the office, retail, and restaurant campus Jordan Commons, and the multiple dealerships built and remodeled by Larry H. Miller Real Estate.
