Founded in 1986, Larry H. Miller Real Estate, a portfolio company of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies, develops and manages real estate assets, such as master-planned communities and mixed-use residential, townhomes and apartments, and commercial development and holdings. Charged with overseeing all real estate, property, and building assets, the LHM Real Estate team is responsible for millions of square feet of real estate, from movie theaters to dealerships.

As president for Larry H. Miller Real Estate, Brad oversees development, construction, and management of properties owned and operated by the company. Brad oversees a team of professionals who develop and manage real estate assets, such as master-planned communities and mixed-use residential, townhomes and apartments, and commercial development and holdings. Brad has a master’s degree in real estate development and has two decades of construction and property management experience. Prior to joining LHMRE in 2012, Brad managed residential sales and construction at Holmes Homes for over 12 years.
Chief Financial Officer
Courtney Palmer has been part of the LHM Group since 2014. She spent nearly three years as the controller at Saxton Horne Communications handling all aspects of financial reporting, analysis, and profitability tracking. She joined Larry H. Miller Real Estate in 2017 where she oversees all accounting and financing functions for projects and properties. Before coming to the Larry H. Miller Real Estate, Courtney worked as a business manager/controller for 16 years in the advertising/communications industry. Courtney received her bachelor’s degree In accounting and MBA from the University of Utah.
Senior Vice President, Integration and Operations
Michelle Smith joined the Larry H. Miller Management Company in her current role in February 2021. Michelle is responsible for defining, implementing, and revising merger and acquisition integration and onboarding practices for newly acquired businesses. Prior to her role with MMC, Michelle cultivated more than 20 years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry gaining business strategy expertise in marketing, sales, and human resources. Most recently, Michelle served as Chief People Officer for the National Basketball Association’s Utah Jazz franchise.
